About us
More than 20 years of experience
We have worked with business transformations, projects and programs in more than 20 years. We have experience from many different industries, and has worked both in leadership roles as IT director, IT manager, development manager, program manager and chief architect, and as internal and external consultants/specialist in roles such as project manager, business analyst, IT security specialist, solution architect, developer and test manager.
We are driven by a strong, common passion for quality through high professionalism and integrity. We have faced virtually all conceivable problems at the interface between business and IT, and have learned what works and what does not. Unlike consultants from many other consulting firms we know from personal experience about the practical challenges that arise when one tries to incorporate industry standards, policies and best practices in an organization.
Team
We have distilled our shared experience into a business model that ties the disciplines of enterprise architecture, risk management and portfolio management together in a new and unique management information concept that we are immodest enough to believe will set new standards for management consultancy to small and medium-sized enterprises. Our mission is to help companies become better at planning and implementing changes. That’s why our slogan is “Base Lines -controlling change”.
We have the past years especially assisted our customers in GDPR centric challenges. Our customer base includes major retail, finance medical service companies along with public institutions. Please contact us for references.
Who are
we
Tom has worked with IT management in the financial sector for more than 15 years – most recently as Head of business transformation and IT at Danmarks Nationalbank – the Danish Centralbank.
Tom has worked project-oriented throughout his career, and is an experienced project and program manager who has completed numerous business and IT infrastructure projects. Tom is an expert in strategy development and strategic management systems, performance management, business and process analysis with ArchiMate and BPMN, risk management based on ISO 27000, PRINCE2-based project management, Agile method (Scrum), portfolio management based on MOP (Management of Portfolios), service management (ITIL) and contract management.
Tom is certified ArchiMate practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP-practitioner, Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL v3 Foundation and COBIT foundation.
Tom is MSc (Economics) and holds an MBA from 2014.
